We provide vital guidance for vulnerable groups, ensuring everyone can access their rights and receive the support they need to thrive.

Immigration Advice & Casework
Our immigration service is designed to help people regularise their stay, protect family life, access safe accommodation and move towards independence. We provide advice and casework up to Level 2,
accredited by the Immigration Advice Authority.

Human rights applications based on private life, family life and compassionate circumstances

Leave to Remain, Further Leave to Remain and Indefinite Leave to Remain applications

Further submissions for refused asylum seekers where fresh evidence is available

Applications and representations for fee waivers, Immigration Health Surcharge waivers and access to public funds where appropriate

What to Bring to an Appointment
Bringing the correct documents helps us advise you accurately and avoids delays.

Proof of identity, immigration status and National Insurance number

Recent letters from the Home Office, DWP, HMRC, local authority, tribunal or court
-
Bank statements for all accounts, usually covering the last 3 to 6 months
-
Proof of income, savings, benefits, wages, pension, rent, mortgage or service charges
-
Tenancy agreement, council tax bill, utility bills and proof of address
-
Medical evidence, medication lists, hospital letters, care plans, school reports or EHCP documents where relevant
-
Details of household members, dependants, carers, childcare providers and anyone you care for.

Please complete our enquiry form below and we will aim to contact you within 5 working days with an appointment.
You can drop-in to the Centre of Social Inclusion on Tuesdays and Fridays, between 10:00am to 5:00pm and are advised to bring your key documents where possible.
We are located in Community House, 311 Fore Street, Edmonton, London N9 0PZ.
For urgent homelessness, domestic abuse, safeguarding or emergency medical issues, please contact the relevant emergency or local authority service immediately.
