Health Talks

A study by Enfield Council show that four human behaviours caused five major diseases resulting in 73% of deaths in the Borough.
Each one of us has a moral duty to prevent development of diseases and avoid early deaths. Behavioural change is the cornerstone of preventative healthcare.
Health professionals deliver evidence-based information sessions and discussions as an activity
of the Monday luncheon club sessions. Leading a healthy lifestyle is the only practical way
to prevent behaviour-based non-communicable diseases, such as heart disease & stroke,
cancer, lung disease, type 2 diabetes and mental health.
Join us to adopt expert' advice to learn how you can change destructive habits.
Lifestyle is modifiable, so join us and listen to the professionals, to replace unhealthy habits with positive actions, and drastically reduce the risk of chronic, lifestyle-related diseases and live longer.
If you do not help yourself to be healthy, no one else can!
